General terms for the purchase of the e-book DOER / DREAMER

Scope:
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of the digital product "DOER / DREAMER" (PDF e-book) made through this website.

Product and price:
The product is a digital PDF e-book. The purchase price is USD 7.00. Applicable taxes (for example, sales tax or VAT) are calculated and added by Stripe during checkout based on your location.

Payment:
Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods made available by Stripe in your region. The contract is formed once the payment is confirmed by Stripe.

Delivery:
After confirmed payment, you will be redirected to a download page and the e-book will be made available for immediate download. A server-generated, time-limited download link is provided for your convenience.

Right of withdrawal:
Consumers may have a right of withdrawal. For digital products, this right expires as soon as the download begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your withdrawal right. Please see our separate Cancellation Policy for details.

Intellectual property:
The e-book is protected by copyright. When you purchase a copy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the e-book for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or share the file publicly.
